I've hated on my body since the '80s.​

My first diet was in 3rd grade.

I've treated my body as though it didn't belong to me.
Yo-yo dieting, bulimia, emotional eating, binge eating.

I also ignored what my body was trying to tell me.
Breathe. Listen to your inner being. Be wildly You.

When I found my way to healing my body, I learned a profound truth: Let the body exhale first. Regulate the fear that comes with change and being seen. Fall wildly in love with yourself.
Getting untangled and realigned with your body is the most beautiful way to come home to yourself so your body can finally heal.
